  They are under new ownership as of a month ago. Much much better! Great portions for price. Great all together.

  Villa Roma used to be our go to place.  There is a group of 8-12 friends that get together on Friday's during the winter months.  For several years we loved this place.  Lately they are horrible!  One time we called to order and they ran out if CHICKEN, how does that happen when the majority of items have chicken?  
  2 weeks ago we called at 7pm and they were not open.  Last night half the item we want were no longer available yet there were other items that had the sane ingredients that were available.  However we all picked alternate items and placed our orders.  Mine was complete wrong no where close to what I ordered a dog course the delivery person is gone. Never again

  Rip Off! Check out the picture of their Syrian pizza that they charge $8 for!  Yup, that's a "small box" to give you an idea of how small the pizza was.
  
  Horrible service! I called and they had no delivery driver, so I placed my order through Door Dash. When the driver showed up, the staff was rude to him and wouldn't give him my order because they said it wasn't paid for (which it was).  After waiting for them to call Door Dash, they found out they were wrong and it was in fact paid for. Them being wrong caused a 10 minute delay of my pizza sitting in the counter so it was ice cold when I got there.

  Definitely wished I had chosen another place to go tonight. We ordered two steak bombs, fries, and onion rings. The fries were good, onion rings average, steak bombs were horrible! With no exaggeration, they were both drenched in grease! Who wants to eat a soggy sub? Let alone one with grease running straight through it? It's pretty sad when Market Basket makes a better sub than you do for only a few dollars less than what you're charging. The man at the register also had a very difficult time trying to figure out how much change he owed me.
  Here's to another place who cares more for their packaging than the food itself (subs come in styrofoam). Huge disappointment.
  This was the first and the absolute last time we will go here for something to eat.

  Stopped here yesterday around 530, dined in and ordered a pizza. Made up our own combo of eggplant (fried), mushroom, and sausage. At first we didn't see many topping on the printed menu, but noticed there was more of a selection on the menu above the counter.
  Pizza was great!! Eggplant cooked perfect, the sausage wasn't greasy and the cheese was great quality and wasn't pouring grease out when folded in half.
  I will go back!
